This notice explains what the Vesunil panel (the "Panel"), the marketing website and the Vesunil mobile app store on your device or in your browser.
Version: v3 · Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Scope
This notice covers the Vesunil panel (the "Panel"), the marketing website and the Vesunil mobile app. Sections 2 and 3 cover the Panel, section 4 the marketing website and section 5 the mobile app.
2. The Panel uses no cookies
The Panel does not use cookies for session management. No cookies are placed for advertising, tracking, profiling or third-party analytics either. There is therefore no cookie consent banner in the Panel.
The limited data the Panel needs is held in the browser's local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage). These areas are not sent to the server automatically; they are read only by the Panel's own code.
Every entry below is either strictly necessary for the Panel to work or keeps a choice you made yourself in the Panel (such as language, theme or table layout). None of them is used to recognise you, track your behaviour or show you advertising, and none is shared with anyone else. Your separate explicit consent is therefore not requested for these entries.
3. Data the Panel holds in browser storage
vesunil-session (local storage). Holds the session information and the access token. It is required so that tabs in the same browser profile share one session and the session survives a page reload. It is removed on sign out. It is strictly necessary; the Panel cannot be used without it.
app-language and app-theme (local storage). Store your chosen language (Turkish / English) and theme (light / dark). They work without signing in.
Table column preferences (local storage). Store which columns you left visible on list screens, and their order and width, so the choice does not have to be repeated on every visit. They are held separately per user and per table.
Table sort preference (local storage). When you sort a list by clicking a column header, stores the chosen column and direction so the list opens in the same order on your next visit. It is held separately per user and per table; resetting the column settings removes it too.
Product tour state (local storage). Marks that you completed or dismissed the in-app product tour, so it does not reopen repeatedly. It is held separately per user and per screen group.
vesunil-client-id (session storage). A random per-tab identifier. It is used so that the tab that made a change does not see its own in-business change notification. It is not a session or user identifier and it disappears when the tab is closed.
SMS balance warning dismissal (session storage). Marks that you closed the warning shown when the SMS balance runs low or runs out, so it does not reopen in the same browser session. It is held separately per business and per warning level; it disappears when the browser session ends, and the Panel shows the warning again the next time it is opened.
4. Marketing website
The marketing website uses no cookies. It only stores the light/dark theme you chose in your browser's local storage (vesunil-site-theme); this entry is not sent to the server and is not used to recognise you. The marketing website has no advertising, tracking or analytics component.
5. Mobile app
The mobile app uses no cookies. It keeps two entries in the device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). The first is the session information (access token) needed to keep you signed in; it is removed when you sign out. The second is your chosen light/dark/system theme preference; signing out does not remove it, but deleting the app from the device does. The app uses no advertising identifier and no third-party analytics or advertising software development kit (SDK).
6. Bot protection
Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the registration and sign-in forms to prevent automated attacks. This component is served by Cloudflare and may create technical cookies or storage entries on its own domain; those entries are Cloudflare's own technical measures. While the component runs, your IP address and browser signals are passed to Cloudflare. See the transfer section of the KVKK Privacy Notice for detail.
The verification (CAPTCHA) step on the mobile app's sign-in screen also loads Cloudflare Turnstile in an in-app web view. While this step runs, your IP address and device signals are passed to Cloudflare, and Cloudflare may create its own technical entries in that web view. See the paragraph above and the transfer section of the KVKK Privacy Notice for detail.
7. Clearing these entries
You can delete these entries at any time using your browser's clear-site-data feature. Deleting the session entry has the same effect as signing out of the Panel; deleting the preference entries resets language, theme, column, sort and tour preferences to their defaults.
You can delete the marketing website's theme entry the same way. To remove the mobile app's entries, you can sign out of the app (session entry) or delete the app from the device (all entries).
The Panel continues to work in your browser's private mode or with storage-blocking settings, but preferences will not persist.
